IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM WELLNESSCOACHES.ORG (WCO). THIS POLICIES AND TERMS DOCUMENT SERVES AS BOTH A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WCO. UPON PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE’S SHOPPING CART, YOU SUBSEQUENTLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT IN 100% AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE OR PLACE YOUR ORDER. IN ORDER TO ALLOW US TO VERIFY YOUR CERTIFICATION STATUS, YOU AGREE TO ALLOW WCO TO DISCLOSE STUDENT CERTIFICATION STATUS FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS POLICY IS REQUIRED TO RELEASE YOUR CERTIFICATION INFORMATION TO OTHER CERTIFYING AGENCIES. YOU MUST OPT OUT OF THIS ARRANGEMENT IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR POLICY; THIS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO WCO (ADDRESS ON OUR CONTACT PAGE) AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE UPON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ENROLLED INTO. Recertification Requirements
wellnesscoaches.org and Evexia certifications are valid for a period of (2) two years. All course graduates are required to complete 2.0 CE’s (equal to 20 hours) of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) in order to keep their certification valid. Digital Content Downloads and Online Learning Environment Terms of Use:
- Once an account is created for a program and the student has accessed course materials, it is assumed that the student has read and agreed to the policies as listed within this documentation. This includes any and all digital content, delivered from our online student interface (namely, your Course Dashboard). Once accessed, all programs fees are non-refundable.
- We never penalize a student for internet access problems. We ask that students communicate any concerns directly to our attention immediately in order to protect the details of this agreement entirely.
Payment Methods
Full payment of is required prior to enrollment in any course offered by WCO. We are unable to accept personal checks. We gladly accept money orders to our main US office. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Discover, American Express .
Limitation of Liability
wellnesscoaches.org shall not be held liable for any losses or damages whatsoever; this includes whether by contract, tort or otherwise. This also extends to how we use the information provided within our programs, including but not limited to any educational products or consulting services provided.
- For purposes of providing greater definition to this section, wellnesscoaches.org shall include any satellite operations of WCO. Wellnesscoaches.org, Evexia and its divisions, subsidiaries, parent companies, and their employees, contractors, successors, partners, principals, representatives, agents and any third-party providers or sources of information or data we use.
- Program Transfers We will allow students to transfer a program to another applicant or student, provided that the exam has not been accessed and the purchasing student has not already received a certificate of completion. All program transfers are required to be submitted in writing to us, wellnesscoaches.org, for approval. This request shall also include the new students name and contact information. A signature is required from both parties involved in the program transfer. Transfers cannot be allowed or accepted without prior written consent from WCO. Ordering
Students can 24 hours a day, securely online. Each student will receive all course materials for the program you are enrolled into upon both placing and completing your order. All fraudulent credit card activity is vigorously pursued and punishable to the fullest extent of the law.
Exchanges and Upgrades
No exchanges or upgrades are allowed after a course has been downloaded or accessed by the student.
Retest Fees
All students are given two attempts at the online exam. Students who fail to meet the minimum required score for the course of choice will be required to pay a re-test fee in order to sit for their exam again, beyond the second attempt. Students acknowledge as being responsible to pay a $75 retesting fee for three additional attempts at the exam for their course. Contact our Support Team for more direction if you need to purchase a retest.
Administrative Fees
Students needing additional documentation from wellnesscoaches.org will be required to pay $25 for additional assistance outside of the normal customer support assistance. This includes certificate copies, verification of certification and transcripts.
