1. Digital Courses & Downloadable Content
Because our products consist of digital courses, memberships, and downloadable materials, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.
However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Situations
- You experience technical issues preventing access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- You purchased the same course twice by mistake.
- The product delivered is materially different from the description on the website.
All refund claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind or no longer want the course.
- You do not complete the course.
- You are unable to commit the time required.
- You purchased a course during a sale, promotional period, or discounted event.
- You accessed, viewed, or downloaded a substantial portion of the course content.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
If your purchase includes a recurring membership or subscription:
- You may cancel at any time.
- Canceling stops future billing, but does not refund previous charges.
- Billing cycles already paid for remain active until the end of the period.
We do not prorate or provide partial refunds for unused membership time.
3. Coaching Programs & Live Training
Refund eligibility for coaching programs, group sessions, or live workshops may vary. Unless otherwise specified:
- Refunds are not available for live coaching programs once access or scheduling has begun.
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
Special program-specific refund terms will be provided on the product page or during checkout if different from these terms.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction records to payment processors.
